      Material  For two
 
Almond 100 grams. Garlic 1 splinter. Olive oil half cup. Big spoon 3`4 of wine vinegar. Bread three centimeters. Milk 100cc, salt.. a little, water 1Cup, dry grape.. a little.


                   

 
     How to make
  1@The skin is peeled off, and garlic is sliced.
  2@The almond is ground down with milk.
  3@Garlic, the almond, the olive oil, and the wine vinegar are turned to the mixer.

  How to make
  1 The lentejas is soaked in 3`4 hour water washing.
  2 The onion and two garlic splinters are sliced, and it stir-fries with the olive oil.
  3 The sparerib and bacon are added to 2, and it stir-fries.
  4 Water 1500ml is put in the pan. The carrot is added when boiling.
  5 Next, 2 and 3 are added.
  6 The lentejas, the consomme, and the tomato puree are added.
  7 When the bean and the vegetable become soft (About 30
`40 minute later), it makes it to the desired taste adding the salt.

`5  Garbanzos 150`200 gram. Garlic S`T splinter. A half onion piece. One Carrot , Potato. One tomato. Judia. Bacon 50g. Vienna sausage 3`4 .Big spoon Q of tomato puree. Olive oil big spoon R. Two consommes. Water R`S cup. Salt and pepper.. a little.

             

  
Sopa de Garbanzos is a nostalgic Spanish dishes eats with BAR a lot.

  1 Garlic and the onion are sliced, and it stir-fries with bacon and Vienna sausage.

Fritos de Ternera
 
It is "Fritos de Ternera" eats in the restaurant of La Mancha. The smell of garlic and the cheese became a dish of La Mancha that was not able to be forgotten by the delicious dish for me.
